767bd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

To register for and use the 767bd platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 767bd strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 21, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately terminated and any associated funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf. Creating or operating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been self-excluded from 767bd or any affiliated platform, nor have had an account previously terminated for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

767bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified may be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

Each eligible user is permitted to hold one account on the 767bd platform. The registration of multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds held therein.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 767bd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all account balances.
• You must notify 767bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. Failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner may limit 767bd's ability to remediate the issue.
• 767bd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (national ID card or passport) and proof of address. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily provided.

767bd reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, provided that any verified funds already deposited and not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player through the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

767bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods made available within the platform's cashier section. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others as updated from time to time. • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to periodic review. Players are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their payment provider.

767bd does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform's cashier. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees or transaction charges independent of 767bd, and players should consult their payment provider's fee schedule for relevant information.

767bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made available.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (rollover) applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses claimed in breach of these Terms — including by ineligible players, using multiple accounts, or through other prohibited conduct — will be voided.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing betting strategies with the intent to exploit bonus structures, or engaging in any form of organised advantage play that is inconsistent with fair individual play.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine manual play by a human user.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using the platform to launder money, or using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been fraudulently obtained.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of a technical error will be voided, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

767bd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 767bd reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, fund retention pending investigation, and permanent closure without prior notice.

All content on the 767bd platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, and all other materials accessible through the platform, is the property of 767bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the 767bd platform without the prior written consent of 767bd or its respective licensors, except as necessary in the ordinary course of using the platform for its intended purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 767bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 767bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 767bd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

767bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 767bd will endeavour to notify registered users by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with the user's account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the 767bd platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and 767bd that cannot be resolved informally through the platform's support channels should be submitted in writing to 767bd's support team for formal review. 767bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
